When a request may qualify

Resolution is considered when delivered merchandise is damaged, faulty, the wrong item, or materially inconsistent with the listing. Change-of-mind, preference, and requests made without a qualifying issue are not accepted.

Thirty-day notice period

Notify us no later than 30 days from delivery. Send the order number together with clear images or video of the merchandise, outer and inner packaging, delivery label, and the specific problem. Further evidence may be requested for a fair review.

Approval before sending anything

Wait for written return authorization and instructions. Items sent without authorization are not accepted. We assess each claim before approving a replacement, another suitable remedy, or refund. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and the provider controls posting time.
