Where orders can be sent

Physical goods can be ordered for delivery only to locations made available in checkout. Some products or destinations may not be eligible.

Preparation and transit estimates

Our usual handling period is 1–2 business days. Once a parcel leaves the fulfillment location, the estimated journey is 2–4 business days. Transit dates are estimates rather than promises, and events outside our control can extend them.

Costs and customer-supplied information

Checkout determines whether an order qualifies for free shipping and displays any charge before payment. Enter a correct recipient name, street address, email, and telephone number and check them carefully before ordering.

Shipment updates and delivery issues

A tracking message is provided when the carrier makes tracking available. Tell us the order number if movement stops, delivery confirmation cannot be reconciled, damage occurs in transit, or the parcel is otherwise missing so we can examine the available records and next steps.
